Construction Manager

📋 Description

• Provide daily field oversight of construction activities across assigned scopes.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure safety, schedule, and budget.
• Identify execution risks early and develop practical solutions with teams.
• Coordinate construction activities with integrated project teams.
• Support startup planning, turnover, punch lists, and project closeout.
• Travel to project sites as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years in construction, field engineering, or PM on large projects.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors and field execution.
• Experience interpreting SOWs, specs, contracts, and change orders.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost controls, and project execution.
• Ability to travel extensively to project sites.
