Construction Manager

📋 Description

• Manage two to three projects at once, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Build, update, and enforce the schedule, including lookaheads.
• Own the financials: GMP, contingency, buyout, and change orders.
• Maintain the owner relationship with regular updates and no surprises.
• Manage subs and field teams, setting expectations and solving problems on site.
• Ensure permits, inspections, and MIOSHA safety compliance on every job.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as a construction project manager on commercial or multifamily projects, including
• Experience with CM at risk and GMP contracts.
• Occupied multifamily renovation experience is a plus.
• Strong blueprint reading skills (required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with construction management software.
