Construction Manager

📋 Description

• Own and lead on-site operations for vertical construction
• Manage day-to-day construction, schedules, and inspections
• Strategically value-engineer details and scopes to bring costs down
• Track progress, hit deadlines, and proactively solve problems
• Partner with architecture, BIM, and product teams to keep things moving
• Proactively place material orders, identify and solve bottlenecks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing residential or small-scale community builds
• Knowledge of Texas construction codes, subs, vendors, and logistics
• Strong leadership and field coordination; run a clean, efficient, no-drama site
• Comfort working independently with full accountability for jobsite results
