Construction Manager

📋 Description

• Managing scope, schedule and budget from project inception to operation.
• Acting on Generate's behalf as owner, leading EPC contractors, engineers and vendors.
• Coordinating all aspects of owner furnished equipment.
• Managing EPC contracts, including milestones, progress billing and closeout.
• Developing construction scopes and RFPs and evaluating EPC bids.
• Conducting constructability reviews of electrical and mechanical designs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of construction experience on major industrial, energy, utility, microgrid, or
• Working knowledge of large reciprocating engine installations, medium-voltage systems, fuel-gas and
• Strong understanding of structural, mechanical and electrical systems, with civil and site
• Knowledge of building codes such as NFPA, NEC and OSHA.
• Excellent vendor, schedule and communication skills.
