📋 Description

• Lead senior on-site for Memphis data center construction.
• Own relationships with contractors, partners, and internal teams.
• Oversee end-to-end build from pre-con through commissioning.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and ensure clear field–tech communication.
• Identify risks and ensure safety, quality, and readiness.
• Report progress via KPIs and dashboards to stakeholders.

• 5+ years in data center or mission-critical construction.
• Proven on-site leadership with vendors and teams.
• Experience managing large programs with changing priorities.
• Strong cross-discipline communication and problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
