Construction Manager, Industrial Compute

📋 Description

• Lead construction execution from mobilization through commissioning and handoff.
• Senior field leader and primary contact for general contractors and partners.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across electrical, mechanical, civil, controls, and data halls.
• Develop sequencing for parallel workstreams while ensuring safety and quality.
• Own schedules, progress reporting, critical-path management, and recovery plans.
• Review designs for constructability and accelerate installation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading construction delivery for large-scale data centers or similar.
• Experience delivering hyperscale or high-density data center infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead large contractor and trade workforces across multiple streams.
• Deep understanding of data center sequencing: data halls, electrical, mechanical.
• Strong constructability skills and translating designs into field plans.
• Excellent communication with executives, engineers, contractors, and field teams.
