📋 Description

Directly supervise Construction Managers and oversee project sites.
Ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance per Beta standards.
Coordinate with Manager and project teams to meet contracts.
Willingness to travel; site work dominates schedule.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years HV substation construction supervision or foreman.
Strong electrical power background preferred.
Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, MS Project.
Proficiency reading plans or drawings.
PMP certification preferred.
Must have clean driving record and operate company vehicle.
