📋 Description

• Manage multiple open positions across operations, project management, admin, construction, restoration.
• Create and post job ads; develop sourcing strategies; manage recruiting through hiring lifecycle.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals; build talent pipelines.
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews; evaluate fit; present candidates with recommendations.
• Schedule interviews; coordinate logistics; maintain communication.
• Maintain recruiting pipelines and records; track progress; provide updates; improve workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for operational, construction, restoration, PM, or similar roles.
• Experience managing multiple active requisitions.
• Experience sourcing and outreach initiatives.
• Experience managing recruiting from sourcing through offer.
• Experience conducting phone and video interviews.
• Experience coordinating interviews and hiring workflows.
• Experience maintaining recruiting pipelines and candidate databases.
