Construction Operator

📋 Description

• Operate skid steer, dozer, or off-road truck
• Assist with planting, erosion control, or grading
• Follow field plans and supervisor instructions
• Report equipment issues and maintain a safe working environment
• Assist in setting grades and maintaining equipment
• Contribute to streambank stabilization, wetland construction, stormwater infrastructure, and more

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of construction, landscaping, or field crew experience
• Experience operating skid steers, off-road trucks, dozers, or excavators and with equipment
• Familiarity with power, farm, and landscape tools
• Basic understanding of grading and site drainage principles
• Able to read or learn to read project plans, elevations, and field specs
