🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of construction experience
• 1+ year of operating construction equipment
• Strong familiarity with safety practices and PPE
• Experience setting grades with smooth transitions (0.2 ft tolerance)
• Ability to read project plans and implement them in the field
• Basic experience with GPS and grading tools
