Review and thoroughly understand plans, specifications, and construction documents.
Identify design deficiencies, constructability issues, and potential code concerns.
Participate in bid review meetings and project turnover with the estimating team.
Lead preconstruction meetings with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers
Develop meeting agendas and distribute meeting minutes.
Create and maintain the Critical Path Schedule.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
5-8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore (preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
