📋 Description

• Own the Outcome: drive project portfolio to completion.
• Drive 10+ projects at once (5 active, 5 pre-construction).
• Act as the Conductor: orchestrate estimators, drafters, field teams.
• Predict budgets, schedules, and resources; identify risks; catch scope creep.
• Build the Road Map: create frameworks, templates, and tracking systems.
• Protect the Bottom Line: monitor budgets and schedules daily.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in construction PM (Residential/Commercial/Mixed-use).
• Tools: MS Project or Primavera; strong with Gantt chart methodologies.
• Technical Literacy: Read and interpret drawings, specs, and scope docs.
• Mindset: Builder mentality; you create structure where none exists.
