Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction and planning through
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, schedules, and financial reports
• Review and manage contracts, scopes of work, subcontracts, purchase orders, and procurement
• Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, pay
• Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams to support project schedules, safety compliance

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
• A proven track record of managing ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Experience with projects involving banks, healthcare facilities, churches, educational
• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, sequencing, and execution
• Demonstrated expertise in project budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
