Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage retail construction projects from initial planning and pre-construction through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review construction plans, drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to project
• Track project timelines and identify potential delays or issues before they impact the project.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in retail, commercial, or
• Proven experience managing construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and contractor
• Experience working with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
