Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Drive safety culture for Incident and Injury Free Performance.
• Meet with clients to assess scope and resources for projects.
• Assist with estimating and proposals with reviews of specs, drawings, takeoff data, and production
• Supervise construction to meet design, budget, and schedule; manage budgets and cost forecasts.
• Plan, coordinate onsite functions and oversee on-site staff in accounting and purchasing.
• Understand contract requirements; manage scope changes and claim/change negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent project-related experience.
• Five years of progressive Project Management experience; deep foundations and earth retention
• USACE QCS System desired.
• Skilled in project controls software: Excel, MS Project/Primavera (P6); AutoCAD a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction engineering, codes, standards, and cross-functional relations.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and leadership; capable of resolving complex contract issues.
