Construction Project Manager [AI & Automation]

📋 Description

• Plan and track construction schedules, milestones, and budgets across projects
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to keep work on time and on budget
• Track progress, flag risks and delays early, and drive issues to resolution
• Work closely with architecture, procurement, and construction teams
• Use AI and automation tools to streamline scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and contractor
• Build internal tools, dashboards, and workflows using AI-assisted (vibe) coding and no-code

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in construction project management, project controls, or planning
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
• Solid understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contractor coordination
• Hands-on experience building tools or automations with AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable
• Examples of tools, dashboards, or automations you've built - please share them when you apply
• Strong Google Sheets skills; familiarity with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Procore, MS
