Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the owner's representative for multifamily ground-up development, renovations, ADUs, unit
• Lead projects from initial due diligence and feasibility through preconstruction, permitting
• Support ground-up development projects through planning, design coordination, permitting
• Conduct site assessments and evaluate existing building conditions to develop scopes of work and
• Lead project planning activities including scope development, estimating, budgeting, scheduling
• Manage general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and other

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of construction management experience, with experience in multifamily residential
• Experience working for a real estate owner, developer, construction management firm, or general
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion, including
• Experience working with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, consultants
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, building systems, permitting, inspections
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing
