Construction Project Manager - Commercial / Multifamily

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Meet with clients to gather detailed requirements and ensure clarity on project objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines for internal teams and
• Establish project-specific safety procedures and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school, or
• 2–4 years of relevant experience and/or training in construction or a related field, or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Familiarity with design or drafting software, including CAD-based programs, preferred.
