Own the Outcome: drive project portfolio to on-time, on-budget delivery.
Lead with Maturity: influence through collaboration, not micromanagement.

🎯 Requirements

Experience: Minimum 7 years in construction project management (Residential/Commercial/Mixed-use).
Tools: Expert with MS Project or Primavera and Gantt charts.
Technical Literacy: Interpret construction drawings, specs, and scope documents.
Mindset: Builder mentality—create structure where none exists.
