Construction Project Manager - Data Centers

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day construction across multiple projects on schedule and budget.
• Lead a team of external construction project managers.
• Coordinate internal resources for Owner Furnished equipment and supply chain.
• Enforce safety as priority; ensure compliance with safety plans and regs.
• Manage permits and AHJ processes and entitlements for data center projects.
• Develop project schedules with design/construction teams to hit milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in construction/construction management.
• 5+ years in mission-critical industry.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership and people-management experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically; emphasis in Columbus, OH area.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, cloud-based commissioning software, and financial management software.
