📋 Description

Oversee multiple construction projects across several U.S. states.
Provide high-level project oversight in support of leadership.
Coordinate remotely between leadership and local project teams.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, and overall health.
Align design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout.
Facilitate communication among remote teams and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years PM experience in construction.
Experience managing commercial or residential projects.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
PMP, DBIA, or equivalent PM certification.
Degree in Civil Eng, Construction Mgmt, or related field.
Proven ability to manage concurrent projects.
