• Drive 10+ projects at once: 5 active, 5 pre-construction.
• Act as the conductor; orchestrate estimators, drafters, and field teams.
• Predict budgets and schedules; identify risks and scope creep.
• Build the road map with frameworks, templates, and tracking systems.
• Unstick the gears; remove blockers and take decisive action.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of construction project management (Residential/Commercial/Mixed-use).
• MS Project or Primavera expertise; strong Gantt chart skills.
• Ability to study and interpret construction drawings, specs, and scope documents.
• Builder mindset; you enjoy creating structure where none exists.
