Construction Project Manager (Facilities Infrastructure)

📋 Description

• Manage facilities construction and maintenance projects at SpaceX sites.
• Coordinate vendors to meet SpaceX standards and codes.
• Facilitate city, county, and government approvals.
• Lead project lifecycle: scope, budget, schedule, and RFPs.
• Track status and communications across teams.
• Transition post-construction to operations; ensure maintenance plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering
• 2+ years in architecture, engineering, construction management, or facilities management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, project management software, and Bluebeam
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Licensed/Registered Architect
• 2+ years facility design tools: Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Navisworks
• ITAR: US citizen/national or eligible for export authorizations
