Construction Project Manager, MEP

📋 Description

• Lead the project team, consulting engineers, and contractors throughout the entire mechanical
• Develop and issue drawings, design documentation, and reports for aerospace, industrial, and
• Write, negotiate, and manage construction contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines
• Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real time
• Coordinate with the electrical utility provider on design and engineering to ensure reliable power
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, fabricators, and internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management with 3+ years of
• Ability to work at elevated heights (200+ feet)
• Physical effort including standing, lifting, and carrying moderately heavy materials or equipment
• Exposure to extreme outdoor environments (heat, cold, rain)
• Work in environments requiring exposure to fumes, odors, and noise
• Must be available to work extended hours and weekends when needed based on site operational
