📋 Description

• Review Requests for Proposals and bid documents to understand project requirements and develop
• Prepare scopes of work and obtain competitive quotes from installation subcontractors
• Develop quotes and collaborate with project teams to prepare competitive, winning proposals
• Manage standard orders and custom projects involving installation subcontractors
• Evaluate and verify project-related documentation and ensure accurate information throughout the
• Communicate project requirements, schedules, responsibilities, and updates to internal and external

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Technology, or related field
• Construction experience preferred
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft software
• Ability to exercise discretion, independent judgment, and sound decision-making
• Ability to travel by air and ground, including occasional evenings and weekends
