Construction Project Manager - Staten Island

📋 Description

• Administer and coordinate design/construction activities for complex projects.
• Manage project planning, problem-solving, and execution for smooth delivery.
• Uphold quality, compliance, and performance standards with all consultants.
• Review design/construction documents to identify and resolve errors early.
• Collaborate with architects/engineers on change orders and technical issues.
• Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, school personnel, and senior staff.

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of construction management experience.
• Valid NY or NJ driver's license.
• Experience managing all phases of construction work.
• Public agency experience in NYC preferred.
• K-12 or Higher Education project experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering/Architecture/Construction.
