• Provide construction observation and field support for civil infrastructure projects during the
• Review and interpret construction plans, design documents, and specification manuals to verify
• Conduct site visits and document construction activities, progress, and compliance through detailed
• Administer construction documentation, including Requests for Information (RFIs), change orders
• Utilize construction management software, such as Procore, to track project activities, manage
• Participate in and contribute to weekly progress meetings, construction meetings, and project

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related
• 3+ years of experience with transportation, aviation, or other civil infrastructure construction
• Demonstrated experience reading, interpreting, and applying engineering plans, construction
• Experience with construction administration activities, including RFIs, project documentation
• Experience documenting construction activities and verifying contractor adherence to project plans
• Demonstrated experience coordinating construction activities with contractors, clients, engineers
