Construction Scheduler

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and communicate construction schedules that the field, subcontractors, and
• Build baseline CPM schedules from drawings, specs, estimates, bid packages, and construction
• Maintain the live schedule: collect progress from superintendents, project managers, and trades
• Own the critical path. Identify near-critical work, float erosion, and out-of-sequence progress.
• Produce three-week (or similar) look-aheads that match the master schedule and what the field can
• Analyze schedule impact of RFIs, change orders, design late-outs, access constraints, long-lead

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of construction scheduling on active projects (GC, CM, owner’s project controls, or
• 4+ years of experience using Oracle Primavera P6 and comfortability with multiple calendars
• 4+ years of experience with owner/CM specification-driven schedules (e.g., DCMA 14-point, USACE, or
• Bachelor’s in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field — or equivalent field
• PSP (AACE), PMI-SP, PMP, CCM, or similar credential.
