📋 Description

• Review inspection data, scopes, and budgets for accuracy.
• Develop detailed scopes of work per Mynd standards and pricing.
• Manage active turn/renovation projects to meet timelines.
• Analyze inspection videos/photos for remote estimates.
• Communicate daily with vendors and ops stakeholders.
• Approve change orders based on cost and scope accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in residential construction/renovation/SFR.
• Write, review, negotiate detailed scopes and budgets.
• Deep understanding of construction practices and pricing.
• Analyze video/inspection data to develop remote scopes.
• Excellent communication with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget, rent-ready.
