• Provide cross-disciplinary expertise across architectural, structural, and MEP reviews.
• Define validation criteria and performance metrics for AI results.
• Develop test cases and edge scenarios to evaluate AI performance.

🎯 Requirements

• AEC industry experience: construction plan review, permitting, or design.
• Professional credential: Architect, PE, ICC Plans Examiner, or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of building codes and jurisdictional requirements.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings and specifications.
• Translate real-world review practices into validation logic.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
