• Become a Fieldwire product expert and learn best practices for configuration.
• Understand client construction needs and current tech stack to integrate Fieldwire.
• Manage a portfolio of customers to improve Fieldwire usage and workflows.

• Conduct web-based and in-person trainings to educate clients on Fieldwire.
• Assist product team by sharing customer feedback for improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional construction experience (field and office).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and highly organized with strong time management.
• Diplomacy and patience when resolving customer issues.
• Comfortable communicating with tradesmen to senior-level managers.
• Understanding of construction processes from design to completion and how parties interact.
