📋 Description

• Owns planning, supervision, and management across MEP and CSA scopes.
• Manages construction site security planning and implementation.
• Oversees day-to-day contractor scheduling and material deliveries.
• Conducts site inspections with authorities; performs daily quality checks.
• Contributes to developing project schedule and material take-offs.
• Generates safety standards and coordinates with internal SMEs.

🎯 Requirements

• Read architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
• Lead safety meetings, document minutes, and incident reports.
• Construct building foundations from geotechnical recommendations to finish.
• Experience erecting PEMB structures.
• MEP construction experience from equipment setup to commissioning.
• 5+ years as site superintendent on ground-up projects.
