5–10 years in commercial construction field
PEMB, concrete, MEP, utilities, and punch management
Experience implementing best practices on job site
Skilled in reading plans and resolving layout issues
OSHA 30 and BuilderTrend experience
Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable vehicle
Authorized to work in the U.S.; English proficiency (Spanish bilingual preferred)
