High school diploma or equivalency
5+ years in construction industry
2+ years leading coordination of multiple trades on site
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, concrete, framing, and industrial gas
Reading and interpreting drawings and specs; mark up coordination items
Proficient with MS Office Suite and Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat
