Coordinate facilities projects and ensure vendors meet standards
Direct construction activities for internal teams and subcontractors
Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and financial reports

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years in the construction industry
2+ years leading coordination of multiple trades on-site
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, concrete, and related trades
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specs
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient with Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat
