Coordinate facilities projects to ensure vendors meet standards while delivering promised services
Plan and direct construction activities of internal resources as well as all involved
Work hand in-hand with Construction Projects Team to maintain accurate records of daily logs
Enforce contract expectations from subcontractors and communication of any discrepancies
Approve work being performed by subcontractors and handle any related issue
Authorize payments of subcontractors upon thorough inspection of work

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
5+ years of experience in the construction industry
2+ years of experience leading the coordination of multiple trades on site
