Oversee electrical installations for SpaceXAI Data Centers.
Lead electrical contractors and on-site crews at Memphis Data Center.
Manage schedules, safety, and quality to meet milestones.
Coordinate underground duct banks, HV/MV systems, grounding, and power distribution.
Ensure compliance with local codes and SpaceXAI safety standards.
Provide progress reports to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years managing electrical construction teams.
Hands-on experience with duct banks, switchgear, power distribution.
Strong safety focus; NFPA 70E, LOTO, arc flash knowledge.
Experience with data centers or mission-critical projects preferred.
Understand NEC, NFPA 70E, and industrial permitting.
Proficient with Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project.
