Construction Superintendent (Night Shift) – Mechanical

📋 Description

• Oversee mechanical installations during night shift for SpaceXAI Memphis Data Center
• Lead mechanical contractors, crews, and subcontractors to meet milestones on time and to quality
• Manage safety program and enforce zero-incident culture around heavy equipment and pressurized
• Inspect site, maintain logs, and deliver progress reports to senior leadership
• Coordinate with electrical/civil trades to resolve on-site challenges and ensure system reliability
• Ensure compliance with local codes, mechanical standards, and SpaceXAI quality requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing mechanical construction teams on large-scale/mission-critical projects
• Hands-on experience with process piping, HVAC, chilled water plants, pumps, and cooling
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and coordination skills; ability to train foremen and crews
• Experience with data centers, industrial projects, or heavy mechanical construction
• Familiarity with safety protocols (LOTO, confined space) and mechanical codes/regulations
• Proficiency with Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project; strong reporting skills
