📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical installations including gas turbine and generator auxiliaries
• Manage and schedule on-site crews to deliver project milestones on time and to quality and
• Ensure crew adhere to mechanical scope, delivering high-integrity process and BOP systems critical
• Monitor daily progress of construction, maintaining detailed logs, red-line drawings, and as-built
• Develop and enforce aggressive construction schedules while keeping the project on time and within
• Champion and enforce safety program, building a zero-incident culture across all teams working

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing construction teams with a strong emphasis on large-scale industrial, power
• 3+ years of direct hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical installations including process
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
