📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day site management of a fast-paced construction project.
• Lead and coordinate laborers and contractors to meet schedule and scope.
• Plan and enforce construction site logistics, deliveries, and asset management.
• Drive SpaceX safety policies and safety culture on the jobsite.
• Coordinate field activities with engineering and project management; resolve conflicts.
• Maintain daily site logs, track progress, and report to management.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 3+ years in engineering, construction management, architecture, or facilities.
• Field experience with multi-discipline contractor teams.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software.
• AutoCAD basic proficiency.
• Knowledge of permitting processes and environmental agency rules.
