Construction Superintendent - Structural

📋 Description

• Oversee structural installations including foundations, formwork, rebar placement, concrete pouring
• Manage and schedule structural contractors, subcontractors, and on-site crews to deliver milestones
• Ensure all contractors adhere to structural scope and deliver high-integrity foundations and
• Monitor daily progress with detailed logs, red-line drawings, and as-built documentation for all
• Develop and enforce construction schedules to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Lead safety program to build a zero-incident culture around excavations and heavy operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing structural construction teams on large-scale industrial or mission-critical
• Hands-on experience in foundations, concrete forming/rebar, structural steel erection, and heavy
• Strong knowledge of Memphis-area building codes, IBC/ACI/AISC regulations, and industrial
• Experience with construction management software (Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Deep understanding of structural critical paths, sequencing, shoring, and cross-trade coordination
• Familiarity with data center structural specs and seismic design for 24/7 operations.
