Construction Superintendent - Welding (Starbase)

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day welding project execution on site
• Lead welding project logistics: scheduling, progress, quality, resources
• Manage welding materials, storage, site cleanliness
• Maintain barricades and stormwater plan for welding areas
• Coordinate daily with contractors, engineering, and SpaceX teams
• Plan welding work sequencing to align with schedule and constraints

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 3+ years in construction or aerospace, leading labor
• 3+ years hands-on with a construction trade skill
• Structural welding on large industrial or aerospace projects
• Current CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) certification
• OSHA 30 certification
• Ability to read piping diagrams, isometrics, fabrication drawings
• Travel up to 20%
