Construction Supervisor, Fluid Systems

📋 Description

• Oversee the day-to-day site supervision of a fast-paced, high impact construction project including
• Supervise a team dedicated to construction site logistics/operations, including work schedules
• Plan, implement, and enforce construction site logistics to enable broader project goals and
• Manage SpaceX construction assets (trailers, portas, rental equipment, etc.)
• Implement and enforce SpaceX safety policies. Drive the safety culture on the jobsite through
• Daily field coordination and conflict resolution for contractors and internal partners

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or
• Field experience in a technical field or in supervising a multi-discipline team of
• Previous experience with project management and scheduling software
• Understanding of multiple disciplines such as civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping
• Experience with project management of construction projects including estimating, cost control
