📋 Description

Frame fences, stairs, decks, walls, floors, sheds, concrete forms, and other structures
Construct and support various MEP projects
Use equipment to perform earthwork, demo, clearing and cleaning
Use hand and measurement tools and manual equipment
Support various landscaping projects
Layout, installation, repair, finishing, maintaining various structures, fixtures and buildings

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
5+ years of residential/commercial/civil construction experience
Experience in many construction environments
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, concrete, framing, and industrial gas trade systems
Knowledge of basic math, engineering, and construction principles
Ability to read schematics, drawings/blueprints, and instructions
