📋 Description

• Support client-facing advisory engagements from initiation through delivery and closure under
• Apply structured consulting problem-solving to diagnose business challenges and contribute to
• Support discovery, assessment, and solution design activities across talent acquisition and
• Assist in preparing executive-ready insights, recommendations, and decision materials for senior HR
• Support assessment of end-to-end HR, talent acquisition, and Extended Workforce processes
• Contribute to future-state model design aligned to business strategy, scale, and experience goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in one or more of the following: management consulting, HR advisory, talent
• Demonstrated experience supporting client-facing discovery, workshops, and solution design
• Understanding of talent acquisition operations, Extended Workforce programs, and enabling
• Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Strong advisory and consulting skills with executive-level presence
