📋 Description

• Develop strategic client growth plans by aligning business priorities, identifying opportunities
• Monitor client feedback and proactively coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to address client
• Manage client relationships and collaborate with Analytics, Insights, and Customer Service teams to
• Lead client relationship management throughout issue escalation processes, partnering with internal
• Own the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process and results, ensuring service quality meets client
• Partner with Commercial teams to ensure client requirements and service expectations are reflected

🎯 Requirements

• University degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in client servicing, market
• Strong understanding of client sales and marketing challenges and the ability to translate insights
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing strategic clients, projects, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent interpersonal capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish.
