Consultant – Compliance Data Science & AI

📋 Description

• Support clients' compliance teams by defining data needs and deploying data science solutions.
• Work on forward-deployed engineering, generative AI, data analysis, data engineering, and data
• Build predictive models and ML algorithms for compliance and risk tasks.
• Design and deploy GenAI-based systems with real-time regulatory monitoring and audit trails.
• Develop self-managed and API-based GenAI apps while ensuring GDPR/EU AI Act compliance.
• Communicate insights via dashboards, reports, and scalable AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or Engineering degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years as Data Scientist/Analyst; strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP); knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Hugging Face
• Excellent communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
