🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of financial crime, Compliance, Audit or QA experience
• Experience with transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, KYC/EDD, and suspicious activity
• Excellent stakeholder management and regulatory engagement experience.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate manual processes in a controlled
