• Lead discovery with client stakeholders to understand business goals, workflows, priorities, and
• Translate client needs into a practical project plan with clear scope, outcomes, milestones, roles
• Own implementation and integrated-solution delivery from kickoff through adoption; manage
• Align internal teams, including Data Migration and Data Integration resources and client
• Partner with client stakeholders and data specialists to map, transform, and validate data from
• Recommend and configure the solution to meet client objectives, applying industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B software implementation experience
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to set expectations, drive decisions, and
• Exceptional organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
• Ability to understand strategic business goals and turn them into actionable implementation plans
• Ability to travel up to 25% annually
