Consultant Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Working on various client projects and building Sia AI solutions
• Architecture choices, storage and compute services, cost monitoring and optimization, role
• Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes, management of K8s clusters for Data
• Python programming: server-side tools (bulk data processing, REST API server, authentication)
• CI/CD: managing integration and deployment of applications, supporting deployment at client sites
• Data pipelines: development of ETL scripts in Big Data environments

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree with quantitative component (e.g. Econometrics, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics
• 1-3 years of experience in Data, DevOps, Cloud or Software Engineering
• Good Python level, familiarity with at least one SQL DBMS (ideally PostgreSQL), ideally NoSQL
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure) or strong appetite to learn
• Comfortable with Docker, CI/CD automation, appetite for Kubernetes
• DevOps culture, code lifecycle management, GitLab-CE knowledge is a plus
